Shipping policy

Our Couriers:
Our preferred courier is USPS with options for First Class and Priority Mail; however, we also ship via FedEx via Express & Ground service. All pricing and time estimates will be based on the these standards. We will attempt to offer additional options. Please contact us if you would like to use another carrier.

Processing and Arrival time:
Our Fulfillment Team requires a 72-hour processing time on all orders before they are shipped. In most cases orders are processed and shipped out on the same day. However, there are times when we experience backlog due to high-volume, Christmas and holiday seasons.

Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within 2 to 8 business days using USPS or FedEx Ground services.

International Shipping:
When placing international orders please contact us with any specific shipping details including your preferred carrier. We take great care when shipping internationally and want to make sure that you receive your package in a timely fashion. FedEx options are listed for immediate shipment.
